How do I properly use the Lampe Berger?

Fill your lamp to 2/3 full with your favorite home fragrance, insert the burner, and let the wick soak for 20 minutes. Light the burner, wait 2 minutes, then blow out the flame to begin the purification process.

What is your shipping policy for fragrance oils?

We offer standard shipping across the continental US and Canada. Due to the alcohol content in our fragrances, items are shipped via ground transportation and typically arrive within 5-7 business days.

Can I return a fragrance if I don't like the scent?

We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Due to safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on fragrance bottles that have had the seal broken.

Are Maison Berger products safe to use around pets?

Our fragrances are developed to meet strict quality standards. However, we recommend using them in well-ventilated rooms and monitoring your pets’ reactions, as some animals may be more sensitive to scents than others.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital payment options like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

How often should I replace my lamp burner?

For optimal performance and air purification, we recommend replacing your Air Pur System 3C burner every 200 lightings or once a year.
